Mid-Century Art & Design reimagines the art fair booth as a complete experiential environment: not a neutral white cube, but a carefully composed world in which art, design, material, and memory coexist.

Inspired by the historical tradition of the Wunderkammer, or cabinet of curiosities, and by contemporary trends in international art and design fairs, the presentation brings together original vintage furniture from the 1950s–1970s, selected by Vintagerie Jaffa, with Israeli abstract art from the same period. Works by artists such as Lea Nikel, Ori Reisman, Uri Lifshitz, Yitzhak Danziger and Raffi Lavie enter into dialogue with Scandinavian and modernist design, forming an atmosphere in which the past is not treated as nostalgia, but as a living and active presence.

Alongside this historical conversation, Serge Tiroche Contemporary presents the work of Or Shlomo Dahan to the public for the fi rst time. A self-taught ceramicist based in Jaffa, Dahan creates unique, handmade sculptural objects that move between the archaic and the modern, the ritualistic and the architectural. Drawing from desert landscapes, global visual cultures, and the material intelligence of clay, his works transform ceramic limitations into a precise and expressive sculptural language.

Together, the paintings, furniture, and ceramics create a total environment - one that invites visitors not only to look, but to enter, wander, and experience. Mid-Century Art & Design weaves together past and present, Israeli and international, art and design, offering a fresh vision for the fair booth as a world in itself.
