Join us on 20 September, 4pm, for the exhibition opening where the artists will be present.
The Ever-Shifting Shape presents the work of Emily Dixie Hill, Sean Rohr, and Ariel Dong, three artists in residence at Rumah Tangga, an art space in Depok, West Java.
Each with their own distinct voice, intention, and tone, these three painters have spent the last two months bringing visual life to the residency’s 2025 theme, “Resilient Future”.
The artists' works all reveal topographies, mapping landscapes that are not only physical, but also mental, emotional, social, and political. In all of their many forms, these topographies are “the ever-shifting shape”.
