Today, we are releasing ten unique preparatory drawings by Phil Hale, produced ahead of his upcoming show—ANTICLIMB—at Anita Rogers Gallery in New York which opens in March 2025.
These pencil drawings are the direct, early descendants of the large-scale paintings that Hale will exhibit:
"This set of drawings came out of developing the images for the upcoming show ANTICLIMB at Anita Rogers in NYC. Most are on the backs of 19th century prints (I had the most incredible source for decades) and a few on old A4 sheets."
Buyers from this release will also receive an invitation to the show’s Private View at the gallery on March 6th.
