- Please note that some artworks may be located in our venues outside of Cairo or exhibited at partner venues. In case of interest in said pieces, delivery time may vary depending on periodic moves between our venues or shipping cost may be extra in case you require immediate shipping.
- For collections viewing in one of our gallery venues or for a Try Before You Buy service, we collect artworks from across our branches which might take from 2-7 working days.
- Prices exclude tax.
- Artworks offered are available and can only be reserved for 48 hrs or marked as sold with an immediate downpayment (refundable within 14 days).
- Refund and exchange within 14 days.
- Prices and artwork availability are subject to change upon the artist's request.
- In case one of the artworks in the offer is no longer available we will notify you.
- Accepted methods of payment are Visa, Mastercard, Bank transfer, online payment via the website, cheques, and valU installment solutions.
- Shipping is outsourced: The shipping company will contact the client to schedule an appointment and inform you of the shipping fees (for TBYB and artwork delivery).
- We use a service specialized in Art Handling as we don’t allow the artwork to be wrapped or kept overnight outside the gallery. Our clients can outsource other shipping companies at their own convenience, but in this case, artwork safety and condition are no longer the gallery’s responsibility and must be paid in full prior to delivery.
