Art Fair Philippines 2024

At AFP 2024, Art Agenda is pleased to present Characters, a showcase of quality works from more than a dozen of Filipino modernists underpinned by aesthetic merit, art-historical heft and price accessibility.

Alfredo Liongoren, Ang Kiu Kok, Arturo Luz, Federico Aguilar Alcuaz, Fernando Zóbel, Hernando Ruiz Ocampo, Lao Lian Ben, Lee Aguinaldo, Mauro Malang Santos, Nena Saguil, Onib Olmedo, Ramon Orlina, Roger San Miguel, and Vicente S. Manansala's works presented straddle the abstract and the representational in distinctly Filipino styles through the elemental building blocks of line, form and colour.

This forthcoming art fair presentation follows Art Agenda’s presentation of the works of key Indonesian 20th-century and modern artists in AFP 2023 titled Live in the sunshine, swim the sea. Revisit the presentation here.
