"My work revolves around the intertwining of time, space, and movement, and is the result of my ongoing research into the processes of perception. Folding, layering, the illusion of transparency, the simulation of three-dimensional form on a flat surface, displacement, rotation-these are physical and psychological properties and phenomena that metaphorically represent an immaterial fact or event that manifests and can be perceived through the senses, forming the foundation of my abstract painting practice.
