Israel Solomon (Indianapolis, IN) is an acrylic painter, muralist, graphic designer, and educator. His artwork showcases his continuous development and understanding of color, form and shape. Using geometric shapes and vibrant hues, Israel creates narratives that reflect his life experiences. Many of his works focus on narrative and tell stories based that are reflective of his past, present, and the future that he visualizes within. Israel has worked with groups such as The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, Eli Lilly, Indy Parks, Starbucks, Ocean Prime, Major League Soccer, Marian University, Jack Daniels Honey, and Lids. He has also received a variety of awards and grants through organizations such as St. Paul’s Indy, The Indianapolis Arts Council, and the Efroymson Family Fund. Israel has also displayed his work in OshKosh, Wisconsin, Chicago, Illinois, Columbus, Ohio, and Cincinnati, Oh. His plan is to continue to grow and develop as an artist and to have his work displayed at galleries, fairs, expos and museums across the country.
