Esteban Ocampo-Giraldo was born in Manizales, Colombia in 1987. Studied Visual Artsat the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, where he graduated in 2012. He started his MFAin Painting at the New York Academy of Art, finishing his studies in 2015 and graduatingas a Chubb Fellow for the upcoming 2015-2016 year. Esteban has shown his work innumerous cities all over the United States, as well as some countries in Europe andLatin America. He is represented by ZieherSmith Gallery in Nashville. He currently livesand works in Manizales, Colombia.
