Piero Atchugarry Gallery

Booth G06

For this year's participation in SP–Arte 2026, Piero Atchugarry Gallery presents a curated selection of international artists: Pablo Atchugarry (b. 1954, Uruguay), Alberto Biasi (b. 1937, Italy), Manuel Espinosa (1912–2006, Argentina), Guillermo García-Cruz (b. 1992, Uruguay), Adam Jeppesen (b. 1978, Denmark), Emil Lukas (b. 1964, USA), Radenko Milak (b. 1980, Bosnia and Herzegovina), Eva Olivetti (1924–2013, Germany/Uruguay), Tulio Pinto (b. 1974, Brazil), Chris Soal (b. 1994, South Africa), and Verónica Vázquez (b. 1970, Uruguay), whose practices reflect distinct yet resonant approaches to material, form, and perception.

From Atchugarry’s refined sculptural language and Biasi’s optical investigations, to Espinosa’s geometric abstraction and Lukas’s perceptual environments, each artist engages with the possibilities of their medium in deeply individual ways. Together, the presentation creates a dynamic dialogue between abstraction and figuration, precision and intuition, inviting viewers into a space shaped by visual tension, sensitivity, and poetic resonance.
