Richard Saltoun Gallery presents a group display featuring four influential artists with strong connections to Belgium: Andre Cadere (1934–1978, Polish Romanian), Barry Flanagan (1941–2009, Welsh),
Jacqueline Poncelet (b. 1947, Belgian) and
Ria Verhaeghe (b. 1950, Belgian). Each has been recognised on major international stages including the Venice Biennale (Cadere, 2009; Flanagan, 1982; Poncelet, 1986), and biennales worldwide (Verhaeghe: Sydney, 2012 and Moscow, 2013).
This display will also include selected works by
Henri Chopin (1922–2008, French), Fernand Khnopff (1858–1921, Belgian) and Francis Picabia (1879–1953, French).
