Rosie is a documentary photographer. She has worked on a number of projects that consider our relationship with the natural world and also makes work about neurodiversity/difference/family, notably No You’re Not - a portrait of Autistic Women (extended in 2022 with a commission from the Wellcome Collection).
She has exhibited internationally, in Germany, France, the US, and most recently in Sweden and China with two different environmental projects, Lights Left On, for the Landskrona Light Festival in conjunction with LandskronaFoto in Sweden 2022, and A Peculiar Convenience, as part of un/natural curated by Louise Fedotov-Clements at the Lishui Photo Festival 2021, China. A Peculiar Convenience was also selected by Val Williams in her show New Natural History.
Rosie exhibited in the RA Summer Exhibition 2022 and two of her portraits from No You’re Not – a portrait of Autistic Women were selected for the NPG/Taylor Wessing Portrait Prize 2022. Another environmental project To the Dogs was shown at Brighton PhotoFringe 2022. She currently has work from her series but the landscape holds us, in the exhibition Formula for Care, in Scotland with Tonic Arts.
