Art always begins with the artist, but in the case of an edition, a publisher and master printer can also play a crucial part. Since the foundation of the London Original Print Fair in 1985, the number of print publishers and printing studios who exhibit at the Fair has been growing steadily.

LOPF offers a platform for publishers and printmakers alike to showcase their new editions and many of the works you see here will not have been shown before. The very best price for a new work will often be its launch price, which may then increase as the number remaining diminishes.
